java -jar $JFROG_HOME/artifactory/plugins/VersionBackupMaster/Scripts/VersionBackupMaster.jar --cmd_args=--target_master=$JFROG_HOME/artifactory/var/etc/security/master.key --target_share=$JFROG_HOME/artifactory --target_share=$JFROG_HOME/artifactory/shared --target_new=2 --target_for=1,1 Should there be a more convenient way to do this? I would like to add it as an option in the GUI. Let me know what you think.

Backup is that easy!
Verify that Master, Plugins, Remote Masters and Cluster have connections configured. If any of them is not connected, you will receive a warning. To solve this issue, add connections to the respective items.
To verify, look at the Master section of the VersionBackup Master configuration file. You will see a list of connections, one connection per line. To add a connection, specify the connection host name, user and password and the local directory. It is best to store the passwords in a file in the home directory and use a terminal to add the connection. Each time you login to the host, you will need to do this to maintain the connection.
The default password for a connection is admin. If you're the admin on a host, you should always have the master connection. It is the only one that you should add in VersionBackup Master 5.1.2.0.
